Located in a beautiful area, this hotel is a great base for exploring the surrounding region. the rooms are spotless and well-decorated with pretty decor, and the bathrooms are spacious. Staff are friendly and helpful, and the breakfast and evening meal are both nice. the hotel boasts a large swimming pool with stunning views of the valley below.
Some minor updates to the grounds of the hotel would help improve its appearance.

Great view of the surrounding hills and sunsets from the hotel. The hotel offered delicious homemade pastries and jams during breakfast and the room was spacious, which was great for a business trip.
The location was a bit inconvenient as walking was not an option due to the distance to nearby attractions. the lack of air conditioning was a disadvantage, making it a bit uncomfortable during the summer heat.

The view from the hotel was stunning, with a vast and beautiful vista of the surrounding hills. the staff was very welcoming and accommodating, going out of their way to make us feel at home. the food offered was superb, with exquisite Italian cuisine and a fantastic wine selection.
Our Christmas stay was somewhat marred by the extremely cold and drafty rooms. Despite the beautiful location, it was difficult to enjoy the scenery with the intense cold.

The rooms at Hotel Il Cavallino Blu have a balcony and offer beautiful views of the surrounding parkland. It gives a refreshing feeling, like being close to nature. As a nature lover, this was a big plus for me.
Personally, I wish the hotel had tiled floors like the ones at the Africa Hotel. It would have given the rooms a more modern and clean feel.
